Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.
